Mission of RIDE 4 A CAUSE
We aim to raise awareness about colon cancer and increase clinical trial participation among younger populations. Colon cancer is increasingly affecting younger people, and our motorcycle event will attract individuals of all ages, helping us spread this crucial message.
Trials of Color will be riding through four states- Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, and North Carolina-setting up informational booths in underserved communities. Our goal is to boost awareness of colon cancer by 80% and increase African American participation in clinical trials from 5% to 30%. We aim to encourage early detection and provide on-the-ground information through our booths.
By riding into these four cities, we believe we can draw significant attention to our health literacy initiatives, ultimately lowering the death rate from colorectal cancer and improving understanding of prevention and clinical trials in underserved communities

Terms & Conditions
- This is a joint event for cancer awareness between Trials of Color and Petersburg High School.
- The vendor donation/fee is $50 and is non-refundable.
- Each vendor will be provided with a table space of 10 x 10. Additional spaces will require an additional fee.
- Vendors are required to bring their own tables, tents, chairs, and any other necessary accessories. The event organizers will only provide the designated space.
- Vendors are not permitted to sell or bring any weapons or food items to the event.
- Vendors are solely responsible for complying with all regulations, health standards, taxes, and any other legal requirements.
